  2. codependency
  3. group counseling
  4. And I am a published author, and podcast host
I'm originally from Marietta, GA. I moved to Seattle over ten years ago because of the "weather." Everyone laughs when I say that, but it's true! Moving to Seattle changed my life for the better, and I am forever grateful to this city and its people.

I specialize in working with people who struggle with sex and love addiction and codependency, as well as individuals who have experienced trauma.  I am a person in long-term recovery, and I find it rewarding, challenging, and inspiring to work with people each week as they find their way to the road of recovery. I am grateful for every opportunity I receive to witness such courage, strength, and hope.

In my off time, I work on craft projects, write, watch tons of movies, and spend quality time with loved ones. I also make time to participate in community activities.

Thank you for taking the time to read my page. I hope to see you soon.
