I do not accept insurance.
Insurance companies:
Limit session length and frequency
Require diagnoses that may not fit your experience
Review your confidential treatment notes
Dictate what approaches I can use
I built ABLE Life Recovery so I could:
✅ Spend 50 minutes focused on YOUR healing, not insurance paperwork
✅ Use evidence-based approaches (like EMDR and therapy intensives) without approval delays
✅ Protect your privacy completely
✅ Create treatment plans based on what YOU need, not what insurance will reimburse
I can provide superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement, but they do require a diagnosis. The choice is yours.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
As of January 1, 2022, state-licensed or certified health care providers need to give a Good Faith Estimate of healthcare charges to every new and continuing client who is either uninsured or is not planning to submit a claim to their insurance for the healthcare services they seek.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
This Good Faith Estimate does not account for late cancellations, no-show fees, crisis sessions, non-therapeutic charges, case management fees, court litigation fees, or other financial arrangements determined on a case by case form. See the practice policies disclosure form.
