What We Cover: Roadmap to Recovery

Each group is uniquely tailored to the level of recovery the members have. We utilize tools developed by thought leaders like Dr. Patrick Carnes, Pia Mellody, and Dr. John Bradshaw.

The Details

  • Schedule - Sunday, 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST

  • Session Length - 2 Hours (1 hr processing, 1 hr exercises)

  • Commitment - 3-Month Minimum

  • Investment - $100 per week

  • Payment - Paid in full for the month on the 1st.

Reduced fee slots may be available. All sessions are held securely via professional, encrypted Zoom.

A pre-group individual consultation is required to ensure the best group fit for your sobriety history and goals.

I offer online, focused workshops on occasion across a variety of topics related to trauma, shame, attachment, and recovery. These are intensive, short-term educational sessions.
