Are holidays difficult for your recovery?

If you're like me, holidays can sometimes be very difficult - especially the winter holidays. In active addiction, it can feel like you have no choices; it's hard to focus; other people's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors seem to trump yours; and, with hectic schedules it can be challenging to get to your regular meetings.

Well, you are not alone. Recovery During the Holidays will help you address the above concerns and many more. Over the eight weeks we will:
  • Create a recovery plan
  • Learn effective communication strategies / boundary setting
  • Develop healthy coping strategies
  • Create healing through personal exploration

The group is two hours, Wednesdays 6-8pm, starting Nov 16.
It is a process + psychoeducation group. This means we will explore current challenges and learn new tools.

There is an eight-week commitment. Group meets on Zoom. The cost is $500 for the eight weeks. A 30-min pre-group registration is required.
